Financing for After-Hour Appointments

- For after-hour appointments, there will be a $150 consultation fee*

- Dental insurance can not always be verified for after-hour appointments, as such, we will collect in full for any services rendered.  We will submit to your insurance on the next business day and a refund will be issued if insurance pays toward your treatment.

* This does not include the cost of treatment
